Yang Jincai, member of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Party Work Committee and vice-inspector of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Administrative Committee

Yang Jincai, male, Han ethnic group, was born in December 1963 in Pingshang county, Hebei province. He began working in July 1981 and joined the CPC in December 1984.

He currently serves as a member of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Party Work Committee and vice-inspector of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Administrative Committee.
