Beijing’s Food and Drug Administration and Zhongguancun Management Committee enacted 12 new pharmaceutical policies.

There are 15 new measures to encourage innovation on medicine and medical equipment, try out reform policies, improve technological support and coordinate industry development.

Among the new measures for encouraging new medicine and equipment, two regulations included several kinds of medicines into the fast-track examination process.

The government will also establish a supply system for children’s medicines to encourage research in this area, and speed up the examination process.
