Chinese TOEFL test takers can get their score reports online within two weeks, making the testing process more efficient and user friendly, according to an executive with Educational Testing Service (ETS), the creator of both the TOEFL and TOEIC tests.

The need of the Chinese workforce to communicate in English has grown significantly, with a 30 percent increase in the number of TOEFL test takers in 2009, said Walt MacDonald, the executive vice-president and chief operating officer of the ETS.
