Changshou police in Chongqing have broken up a ring of criminals accused of stealing more than 40 motorcycles, all within a span of 7 months. Currently, 13 suspects have been arrested.

In order to evade police, the group repossessed stolen motorcycles and then sold them. Xiang Qinlin, a suspect in the case said "Our skills of stealing were learned from 'Feige', and he can do it in at least 10 seconds. To do this, he equipped himself with a skeleton key."

"Feige", who's real name is Yangfei, is the ring leaderof the crime network. Yang taught the members the skills of stealing every other week, and now he has been arrested.

The police also found that the group had developed a set of ridiculous incentives to mobilize its members. For example, if someone steals a motorcycle worth over one million yuan that person is allowed to go to dance halls or night clubs to hang out, and the fee is paid for by the group.

In total the police investigations found the crime ring has stolen motorcyles totaling more than 30 million yuan.
