The Management School of Xi'an Jiaotong University is one of the earliest management schools in China. Currently, it holds two national key specialties in management sciences and enterprise management with two first-class PhD programs and a post-doctorate program in management sciences and engineering.

It is also one of the first schools in China to conduct MBA and EMBA programs, Wang said.

The open invitation for talent has attracted nearly 100 excellent scholars from home and abroad to hold senior positions in teaching and management at the university, increasing its international reputation by strengthening communication with world, the school’s secretary said.

The university, which is located in the less-advanced western part of China, is always seeking an effective way to speed up its development. Inviting candidates from home and abroad is its path to establishing a first-class university and internationalizing its management school, Wang said.
