Guatemalan police said on Monday they captured a suspected member of Mexico's feared Zetas cartel in connection with a massacre that left 27 people dead in a Guatemalan village on Sunday morning. The suspect was captured after a shootout with police in which two people were killed and a police officer wounded. The government deployed military and police in the area after the massacre, local police said.
