New views of Saturn

This image of Saturn released on March 1, 2007 taken by the Cassini spacecraft's wide-angle camera on February 4, 2007, at a distance of approximately 1.2 million kilometers (700,000 miles) shows dark and sharply defined ring shadows. Scientist are not yet sure about the precise cause of the color changes form north to south. [Reuters]
