Bob Munger clears snow from the roof of his mother's
home in Mexico, N.Y., Friday, Feb. 9, 2007. Nearly 100 inches (254 centimeters)
of snow have buried Oswego county, with more on the way, and the governor has
declared a disaster. More than a week of bitter cold and icy roads have caused
at least 20 deaths across the northern quarter of the United States, but winter
is most clearly on display in Oswego County, with some areas getting up to 3
inches (7 centimeters) of snow an hour Thursday night. [AP]
