As we know, the Dalai Lama won the Nobel Peace Prize. It was shocking and ridiculous. Mikhail Gorbachev was also once nominated for the prize for his role in the collapse of the Soviet Union, and Rebiya Kadeer was also nominated for the prize for her separatist actions.

With such ridiculous nominations by the Nobel Peace Prize committee, I have now lost interest in the other Nobel Prizes. According to the will of Alfred Nobel, the Peace Prize should be given, "to the person who shall have done the most, or the best work, for fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses".

If Nobel had a chance to know the Peace Prize was given to people like the Dalai Lama or Rebiya, he would jump out of his tomb and ask the Nobel Prize Committee: What on earth is happening to the peace prize? By stubbornly giving the Nobel peace prize to Liu Xiaobo, a convicted criminal still serving his sentence in prison, the feelings of the Chinese people were hurt. If I say the Nobel Peace Prize is nothing but rubbish, it would be more or less unfair. I would put it this way: the Nobel Peace Prize has degenerated to a farce and is still degenerating.
