Kosuke Kitajima wins men's 200m breaststroke

Asia's swimming prodigy Kosuke Kitajima successfully defended a double-double in men's breaststroke at the Beijing Olympic Games.
The Japanese swimmer, winner of both 100 and 200 meters breaststroke in Athens, won the 200m breaststroke with a new Olympics record, clocking 2:07:64, on Thursday.

Australian Brenton Rickard settled for the silver in 2:08.88 and French Hugues Duboscq finished third in 2:08.94.
