 Belarus' first win

Updated: 2008-08-12 08:50 Belarus earned its first Olympic basketball victory downing Latvia 80-57 Monday. Yelena Leuchanka netted 22 points and grabbed four rebounds for Belarus while three teammates also finished with double digits. Belarus managed to pull away by five points after a tight first half but continued to grow its lead in the second. A 20-point last quarter ensured the Belarus victory.
