The wedding of 2 frogs was performed in India recently in an effort to bring rain to the region, Sky News reported. Residents from the town of Berhampur, which has been suffering from an intense dry spell and heat wave, staged the frog wedding with the usual Hindu Marriage rituals. During the ceremony held at a local temple, farmers blew trumpets, sang songs and chanted Hindu hymns as they put colorful streaks on the female frog's head.
