Over 400 exhibitors will be sharing their innovations with other chocolate industry professionals and chocolate lovers at the 15th Paris Chocolate Show at Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles, running from October 14 to 18. Artisans will be making chocolate creations around an operatic theme this year. Two major chocolate companies are building a version of the Paris Opera out of chocolate.(See photo)

14-18日，法国巴黎凡尔赛门展览馆将举行第15届巴黎巧克力沙龙，超过400家参展商将与巧克力生产商和爱好者分享他们的巧克力创意。巧克力艺术家选定"歌剧"为本届巧克力沙龙的主题。两家大型巧克力公司将用巧克力建造一个"巴黎歌剧院"。(见图)
