为什么手机能接收手机报却无法打开?

   答:导致这种情况有多种原因。

    可能原因一：用户手机的彩信存储已满，这种情况下，用户可删除部分彩信，以保证彩信正常接收；

   可能原因二：用户手机设置了彩信的最大值小于手机报纸的容量，用户可尝试把彩信接收最大值改为最大。

   可能原因三：网络原因，用户可尝试重新下载彩信。
