Once a woman got frustrated by the endless wailing of her baby.
Suddenly she hit on a good idea and said to her husband very loudly. "Pass me a book at once!"
Her husband hurriedly brought her a book and asked, "What's the purpose of this?"
The woman said, "As I know, when you are talking and laughing at idle things, you are in high spirits. But once you hold up a book you start yawning and yawning. From that I've come to the conclusion: Books are sure to make one sleep!"
