The Sixth Western Xinjiang Integrative Development Symposium took place in Karamay from May 28-30.

According to the symposium sponsor, the symposium was themed around "Integrated Innovation". More than 380 guests attended, including guests from Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.

Speeches themed around the development of the information industry, education, agriculture, tourism and the environment were given during the symposium. Xinjiang Commerce Expo and Israel Agriculture Technology Forum were open to the public during the event.
