Experts gather in Tai'an for cultural theme park development

Hundreds of industry experts gathered in Tai'an, Shandong province for the 2016 China Cultural Theme Park Construction and Development Forum on April 23 to explore new models and concepts, according to sdchina.com.

Cheng Li, vice mayor of Tai'an, said the event will boost the transformation of cultural tourism.

Borrowing from other cities' experience, Tai'an will highlight its cultural features and build a strong cultural tourism brand as a move to make it a world-renowned destination, Cheng added.
