In recent years, courts across North China’s Hebei province have greatly advanced the modernization of its adjudicatory system and capacity and continued to innovate for people’s convenience and benefit.

Courts across the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region have taken the lead in the country by realizing cross-regional case filling and implementing case filing reform, advanced the project of the "one court for each town", and explored a diversified dispute resolution mechanism that matches the actual situation in Hebei province, embodying the concept of people-centered development and enhancing people's sense of gain in the judicial area.

Shang Jinsuo, a deputy to the National People’s Congress (NPC), said that the courts at two levels in the city of Xingtai in Hebei, his hometown, have all set up one-stop centers to provide litigation-related services, including case filling consultation, litigation guidance, and cross-regional case filling.

In addition, the Intermediate People's Court of Xingtai collects public opinions and suggestions at the beginning of each year so as to determine the top 10 judicial tasks to be undertaken that year, fulfilling its commitment to society.
