As Christmas approaches, Sheshan International Golf Club has opened sign-ups for its annual golf challenge to add to the festive atmosphere and warm the winter temperature.

If you are a member of Sheshan International Golf Club, leave a message (your name and membership ID) at WeChat account @sheshangolf. The fee is 560 yuan ($80).

Non-members can dial 021-57798027 and contact Ms. Seven Wang to sign up. The fee is 1,480 yuan.

A Christmas dinner is included in the sign-up fees.

The challenge will take place Dec 20, with nine groups of participants teeing off at the same time.

There is no refund once the group arrangement is made.

The Sheshan International Golf Club ranked first on a list of China's 10 greatest golf courses compiled by Golf Digest, a monthly magazine published by Discovery Inc. The course boasts high membership requirements, top-notch fairways and greens, and picturesque surroundings.
