Administrative services offer support

The ITL Park is continually improving services through internet and information technologies. The market access approval can be shortened to two workdays instead of an average of seven. Roughly 60 percent of administrative approval items can be completed on the spot.

About 43 percent of requirements, including enterprise investment, project filing, construction project applications, and sanitation license applications, can be processed through a self-service mailbox system. People send and receive their documents by mail after going through an online application process. The delivery services are free of charge.

The park also improves its business environment through helping tenant companies with financial leasing services. Xi'an Zhongbaijia Electronics Company is one of the beneficiaries.

It was not qualified to get loans from banks as a newly-established company but the park has lent a hand to the company with innovative funding services, Hou Yali, the company's vice general manager recalled.

The ITL Park is building a more business-friendly environment to boost the hub, portal and mobile economies and cater to the market entities' demands with more innovative policies and measures.
