Tim Allen, president of the Scottish Chambers of Commerce, visited the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA) on Nov 15. Xia Mingjiu, deputy administrator of SAFEA, met with Allen and held talks with the Scottish delegation.

As an important commercial institute in Scotland, the Scottish Chambers of Commerce has rich professional, technical, and commercial resources. Xia said that SAFEA would like to conduct further cooperation with it and explore a new cooperation model combining commercial operations and personnel communication.
