Zhang Jianguo, administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, met with Wang Zhongqun, administrator of the Hebei Administraion of Foreign Experts Affairs, on June 2.

Zhang learned about overseas expertise introduction work, construction of the Xiongan New Area, and preparation work for the Winter Olympics in Hebei province. He required Hebei province to attract more high-end overseas expertise to help build Xiongan New Area and organize a successful Winter Olympics in 2022.
