Heads of Sino-Japanese universities meet in Shanghai

The event was organized by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs and the Japan Science and Technology Agency. Heads of over 50 universities in China and of more than 30 universities from Japan attended the event and exchanged views on “international talent cultivation” , “universities’ role in society”, “cultivating useful talents” and other topics. The two sides also discussed overseas learning programs and training programs between China and Japan.

What we do

SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
