Lu Ming, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, met with Sam Lundquist, vice president of Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, on March 20.

The two sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cultivating senior economic managers for China. They also discussed their cooperative achievements from 2014 to 2016 and cooperation plans for the future.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
