Yin Chengji, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, met with Kang Chunmei, administrator of Gansu Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, on Feb 14.
Yin learned about the work of the Gausu Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs. He said that Gausu has made great achievements in talent introduction in recent years, and Gansu should continue its reform in management system and policy innovation.
Looking forward, Gausu should continue to take the lead in implementing the new work permit system for foreigners and promote the economic development of Gansu.
