The State Administration of Foreign Affairs (SAFEA) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Beijing Foreign Studies University on October 22. The agreement covers strategic decision consultations, talent exchange programs, and major projects. The two sides will form a coordination work group and negotiate major issues in cooperation.
SAFEA has been supporting Beijing Foreign Studies University’s development since the 1950s, and has introduced about 1,000 foreign experts to the university in language teaching and academic research areas. This agreement will usher in a new chapter of the cooperation between the two parties.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
