Xia Mingjiu meets with Swedish political counselor to China

Xia Mingjiu, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, met with Lena Von Sydow, Swedish political counselor to China, on September 12. They discussed cooperation in automobile manufacturing, medical hygiene, city planning and traffic management. Other officials also attended the meeting.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
