After 21 days of courses and field trips, the “2016 Seminar on Overseas Expertise Introduction and International Professionals Development for Officials of Developing Countries” held a closing ceremony in Beijing on July 4.
Lu Ming, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, together with Li Xiaobing, head of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), MOFCOM, attended the closing ceremony and awarded graduation certificates to 27 officials and scholars from developing countries.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
