When the Shunyi district of Beijing held a tree planting event for foreign experts, on March 28, it had more than 70 people showing up, including Liu Yan'guo, deputy director of the State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs (SAFEA), Li Shuping, deputy director general of the city’s Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and senior foreign experts from the US, Russia, the ROK and India.

Sponsor of the event was SAFEA with help from the China Association for International Exchange of Personnel and the city’s own foreign expert bureau and it resulted in nearly 100 saplings being stuck in the ground.

What we do

SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
