John Downes, deputy president of the United States’ Life University, visited the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA), on March 12, in Beijing.

Other participants at the meeting included Wei Dawei, director of the SAFEA’s Cultural and Educational Experts Department, Lei Fengyun, deputy director of the department, and some other officials, along with David Belin, chiropractic professor in the university, and John Smagula, director of Asian Programs at Temple University School of Law.
