Sun Zhaohua, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, attended the opening ceremony of a meeting naming Qingdao West Coast New Area a “National demonstration district of foreign intellectuals’ introduction work” on September 13.

Sun said that Qingdao West Coast New Area should take the lead in introducing foreign experts to China, and build up a competitive talent recruitment system. A group of high-level talents received awards at the opening ceremony.

After the opening ceremony, Sun visited several enterprises in Qingdao to inspect their talent introduction work.
