Jilin province keeps moving westward in industrial check and reached the city of Siping, a growing center of equipment manufacturing, green food, trade and logistics, culture and tourism, and emerging industries, on June 11.

As usual, Bayinchaolu, the provincial Party secretary, was involved, with his team who visited the New Ecological City in the southeastern part of Siping, where they are trying to build a livable residential area and garden city that combines exhibition areas with logistics and transportation.
