When the 5-day Changbai Mountain Snow Sculpture Contest in Jilin province, came to an end on Feb 6, it had seen snow sculptors coming from China and all over the world to get together to try their hand at turning their creative ideas into snow sculptures.

Taking first place was the Lithuanian team whose work, Snow Dream, was the clear stand-out for its creativity and sense of humor.

Other contestants were renowned snow sculptors from China, the Netherlands, Canada, Norway and South Korea.
