Reigate Grammar School, one of the oldest private schools in the United Kingdom, will establish a campus in Zhangjiagang, eastern Jiangsu province, according to a recent signing ceremony held in the city.

Covering an area of 122 mu (8.13 hectares), the 560-million-yuan ($79.48 million) facility will include a kindergarten, primary school, junior high school, and senior high school and is expected to enroll 2,200 students.

After its completion, the school’s management and curriculum will be overseen by its parent Reigate Grammar School in the UK.

The campus also plans to accept international exchange students.

The kindergarten, primary school and junior high school will open before Sept 1, 2020, while the senior high school will open before 2024.
