The latest public park set to open its gates in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu province in October will offer a combination of traditional architecture and modern convenience, according to the local government.

Xinhu Ecological Park will cover an area of 20.7 hectares in the northern part of the county-level city.

The park will feature beautiful Chinese-style pagodas, bridges and walkways set around a clear blue lake.

And perhaps even more enticingly, the entire park will offer free Wifi coverage.

It will also contain a range of sports and fitness facilities, including soccer fields, running tracks and basketball courts.

Visitors can also cruise around the 10.7-hectare lake on the park's fleet of boats.

A dazzling variety of trees and flowers will provide enchanting views around the year.
