Representatives from Shagang Group achieved outstanding results in the recent Eighth National Professional Skill Contest for Iron and Steel Industry.

Lu Feng and Li Zhong gained the title of "masters of professional skill", and Shagang Group won recognition for excellent organization.

The contest, held biennially, is the "Olympic Games" of the iron and steel industry, and is also an important forum for professionals to exchange experience and demonstrate their skills.

This year's contest, organized by the China Iron and Steel Association, attracted some 209 competitors from 61 companies, including Wuhan Iron and Steel Corp, Baosteel Group Corp and Ansteel Group Corp.
