Xue Xinzhong set up Huabo Thin-film Technology Company (HTT) on December, 2011. The company mainly focuses on providing state-of-the-art thin-film circuit processing with its manufacturing facility and cleanrooms designed and setup for thin-film circuit fabrication. HTT made more than 30 million yuan ($4.6 million) in revenue in 2015.

The country's innovation talent project aims at forging high-level scientific and technological talents to take the leading role in industrial development.
