More than 300 social workers in Zhangjiagang of Jiangsu province passed the national social worker professional level exam this year.

They will be invited to give practical training to other social workers.

The city also invited professors Gu Donghui, Zhao Fang and Gao Jianxiu from Fudan University to give lectures on social work process, cases, techniques and resources integration.

There are 1,166 qualified social workers in Zhangjiagang, 740 of whom work in rural areas. The city will invite more social work experts to train workers and improve the talent training system in the area to improve social work in the city.
