The hotline number 12316 will open in Zhangjiagang of Jiangsu province to provide services for farmers 24 hours a day.

The hotline is part of a provincial project to bring full coverage of agricultural information to the province. All farmers will be able to get advice on planting or agricultural issues from experts through the number.
