Inspectors from the Zhangjiagang government will visit several construction sites, shopping malls and main roads to check if public service advertisements (PSA) have been installed properly in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu province, on August 19. It is an important part of the city urban civilization index evaluation.

At a construction site on Gongyuan Road, all the fences have PSAs on them, while more than half of the fences have PSAs at another construction site on Shazhou East Road.

An activity themed around “emphasizing civilization and establishing better social trends” was carried out in the city this year. PSAs were an important part of the activity. Many companies, government departments, schools and factories have joined in the action. Zhangjiagang Daily, a local newspaper, has published PSAs 26 times since June.
