Municipal Technical Supervision Bureau: Deliver licence numberto organizations
Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau: Hand out approval certificates
Municipal Industrial and Commercial Bureau: Deliver business licenses
Apply to the tax department, the foreign exchange management department and the customs department for registration formalities.
