The Jiangsu Economic and Information Technology Commission's Notice on Surveys of the Three Settlements, Three Promotionsem Intellectualization Program for Mid-Sized tp Large Enterprises says that any survey of applications of e-commerce rules for midsized to large enterprises needs to comply with the following:

I. Scope of survey

This can cover mid-sized to large enterprises, of 300 employees or more, and revenues of 20 million yuan or more, anywhere in the city. See Annex 1 for enterprise list.

II. Survey requirements

1. Sub-districts are responsible for any survey of mid-sized to large enterprises within their administrative area.

2. Any enterprises covered will need to fill in an Application for E-Commerce in Mid-Sized to Large Enterprises in Jiangsu Province (Annex 2) form, as well as a Questionnaire on Intellectualization Progress of Mid-Sized to Large Enterprises in Jiangsu Province (Annex 3) and a Summary of Survey of Intellectualization Progress of Mid-Sized to Large Enterprises in Jiangsu Province (Annex 4) form and submit the paper or e-version to the WND Industrial Development Office prior to Sept 17 (Wednesday).
