Wuxi to host World Internet of Things Exposition

Wuxi will host the World Internet of Things Exposition (WIOT) again this September.

This year's expo is predicted to welcome more exhibitors and visitors than ever before. The exhibition area will be enlarged from 50,000 to 80,000 square meters.

The 2017 IEEE International Smart Cities Conference (#ISC2) will also be running alongside the expo. This year's event will focus on how smart cities can promote quality of life.

 

The former Wuxi New District, now known as Wuxi Xinwu district or Wuxi National Hi-tech district, was founded in 1992 and underwent administrative changes in 1995, 2002 and 2005.
