This will be in the town of Huangxing, Changsha county, with the Changsha-Zhuzhou Highway to the east, Huangxing Rd to the west, Zhashan Port to the north, Changsha’s 3rd Ring Rd to the south, and the Beijing-Hong Kong and Macao Highway, Guangzhou-Wuhan and Shanghai-Kunming Express Railway lines and Metro Line 2 running across it, providing plenty of convenient transportation. The purpose of the project is to build a modern market cluster with the best facilities, functions and management that honor their social responsibility. It will contain the Mawangdui wholesale vegetable market for a modern comprehensive market that is energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
It has a planned area of 3.93 sq km At a cost of 10 billion yuan. It will be home to 52,800 people, with 32,200 permanent residents and will have a service center between Huangxing and Huangjiang Road that covers administration, the markets, commerce, culture, entertainment, medical care and education, as well as hotel, e-commerce and finance services. Huangjiang Rd and the eastern extension of Xiangfu Rd connect it to the city of Changsha and Changsha-Zhuzhou Highway and the Quanyan and Dongsi lines run across the project north to south.
It has a housing cluster to the west and market cluster to the east of the Quanyan line. Currently, much of the planning has been finished along with business solicitation. The Huangxing farm produce logistics park, Sihai international commerce and trade logistics center, Hunan Zhantong fast-moving consumer goods distribution center, and Huangxing shopping mall have been approved so construction can begin and the market cluster favorable local government policies for faster modern services development.
