The project is on Bangcan Rd and involves the development of a special business street. Xingsha St is the political, economic and cultural center of Changsha county and has seen rapid economic and population growth in recent years, giving it immense business potential, but it still lacks certain things.

The project is expected to cost around 92 million yuan for road and shop renovations that change the old pattern of scattered shops to bring them together in an aggregation. It is expected to transform the street into a top business center to meet public needs with the appearance of an international metropolis.

The Yiqiaobei Rd - Jinmao Rd intersection will provide space for e-communications wholesale and retail markets, while the Jinmao Rd - Sanyi Rd intersection will bring famous apparel brands from China and abroad, and the Sanyi Rd - Liangtang Rd intersection will introduce international supermarkets and foodstuff. The relevant studies are under way.

The project’s purpose is to introduce prominent e-communications, clothing, and catering brands. It will have access to favorable Changsha county government policies on modern services and has sole proprietorship and joint capital arrangements.
