This project is at the center of the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, adjacent to the Changsha county government building and the zone’s culture plaza, which is an economic, scientific, cultural and commercial center. The plaza has convenient transportation, close to National Roads 107 and 319, and 3 km from Yuehu Park, 8 km from Changsha Huanghua International Airport, 5 km from Changsha’s East Bus Station, and 10 km from the Guangzhou-Wuhan express railway line’s new station.

The project has a planned area of 14,800 square meters and cost of 350 million yuan. It is handled by the Hunan Kaiyuan Group, a private company founded in December 2000. It has 13 subsidiaries, including the Hunan Kaiyuan Properties Co, Kaiyuan Hotel, and Hunan Liuyang River Eco-agriculture Technology Development Co, as well as the Hunan Culture Industry Promotion Association, Hunan Culture and Art Institute, and the Hunan Celebrity Website.

It does business in real estate, property management, hotels, culture, agro-science and technology, logistics, advertising, and tourism agriculture and was named a national AAA unit for honest business and a trustworthy unit by Hunan province.

Its project includes a commercial building and a business culture center. One of the buildings is 157-meters tall, making it a new landmark, with 46 floors aboveground and three below. It will have 67,000-sq-m of space, with 1,200-sq-m per floor. The first to third floors will hold banks and top department stores, while the fourth to 46th will be for offices and business apartments for small-to-mid-sized enterprises. The business center has four floors, each with 2,500 sq m, and more than 30 conference rooms, so the building can host art performances, large meeting, and business and cultural activities. The project will go into operation soon and any companies moving in will be subject to preferential local government policies for service, with joint capital and leasing deals available.
