1. Physical examination

Before registering in school, foreign students should go to international health care center in the Hubei provincial entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau to get an approval.

The students should supply their passports, two photos and an oversea health certificate. Without these items, the student must go back for an examination again at the center.

The results are valid for six months and students must pay for the exams themselves.

2. Residence permission and visa

Students should hold their ordinary passport and the studying visa (X), the visiting visa (F) or the traveling visa (L) to enter China.

ⅰVisa X is issued to people of a foreign nationality who come to China for the purpose of studying, further education, or for practice for greater than 6 months. After visa X entry, one should apply for residence permission within 10 days.
