Night tour of Wuduo Mountain becomes a highlight

Wuduo Mountain in Nanzhao county, the first mountain scenic spot in China to accept tourists at night starting on July 1, 2017, has been enhancing its night tour brand with more diversified products.

The night view from the 1,750 km-high Shengduo Peak offers visitors a perfect view of the Nanyang cityscape 50 km away, as well as the vast starry sky.

Boasting the most beautiful night view in China, the scenic area has held many tourist activities related to the night tour, such as tent festivals, lantern festivals, and mountain shouting competitions. The appealing products are expected to enrich the cultural atmosphere of the scenic spot, stimulate tourism, and increase the income of local residents.

The scenic area has also built a lighting landscape along the 6,666 meters of trestle road among the five main peaks, a 280-square-meter viewing platform, and a 309-meter-long glass trestle road. It also invited a professional lighting landscape design team and construction team from Guangzhou and Luoyang to add luster to the night scene.

Wuduo Mountain, covering an area of 126 square kilometers, is one of the main scenic spots in Funiu Mountain World Geopark.
