During a signing ceremony for the smart manufacturing industry on May 27, held at the 2019 Big Data Expo in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, 10 projects were signed and introduced to Guiyang.
These projects involve big data, the smartization of industrial production, and smart manufacturing, generating a total investment of 4.89 billion yuan ($707.65 million).
Since the investment promotion of the 2019 Big Data Expo started in November last year, Guiyang has signed 52 projects worth 56.68 billion yuan, including 30 contacts worth 19.36 billion yuan and 37.32 billion yuan on agreements.
Signing ceremonies and independent investment promotion will be organized for the cities, counties, and development zones in Guizhou during the 2019 Big Data Expo.
