The second Professionals Convention, Guizhou, will take place in Guiyang on March 28 and 29, according to the Information Office of the Guizhou Provincial People's Government.
It is a significant event that will attract talent and provide jobs.
According to data provided by the Guizhou province talent information system, it is estimated that there are 11,727 talented professionals in demand in Guizhou, especially people with higher education degrees.

During the convention, as many as 800 enterprises and public institutions will participate in on-site recruiting. More than 6,000 graduates from colleges, universities, secondary schools and vocational schools will apply for a job in on-site recruiting.
"Talent is fundamental for Guizhou's growth," said Xia Yiqing, head of the Guizhou provincial human resources and social security department.
Xia also said, "The aim for this year's convention is to attract top talent from home and abroad."
